Perfect for my morning power walks. The 5kg weight is just enough to feel the burn without ruining my posture. The reflective strips are a lifesaver in the London fog!
I use the 10kg for my HIIT sessions. It fits much tighter than my old PROIRON one, with way less bounce when I'm doing burpees. Really impressed with the build quality.

Great vest, very comfortable. My only slight gripe is that it gets quite warm on very hot days, though the mesh back definitely helps more than other brands I've tried.
